As an archaeologist with a penchant for both Egyptian and continental cuisines, I was delighted to discover that the hotel's restaurant offered a range of breakfast options that perfectly blended traditional flavors with modern twists.One morning, I found myself savoring a delicious Egyptian breakfast spread, complete with aromatic falafel, fluffy ful medames, and freshly baked baladi bread. The authenticity of the flavors took me back in time, evoking memories of my archaeological expeditions in the heart of Egypt. On another occasion, I opted for a continental breakfast, featuring an array of artisanal cheeses, flaky pastries, and freshly brewed coffee. The culinary innovation showcased in each dish truly impressed me, reflecting a deep appreciation for both local and international palates. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a sensory delight, with warm ambient lighting and tasteful decor creating a welcoming atmosphere.
